Pedrera

The Pedrera Alta comes from the area of ​​La Aragona at an altitude of approximately seven hundred meters. This vineyard is over 40 years old and lies on a sandy / loamy plateau with a high percentage of limestone. Despite the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, the climate is continental, with little rainfall and high temperature contrasts between day and night. The wine ages 10 months in French oak barrels. The Juan Gil Pedrera Alta reveals an exuberant expression of ripe fruit and is wonderfully fresh, fresh and well-structured on the palate. This wine is absolutely beautiful when it is drunk slightly chilled.
